Returning articles 

If you don’t want to exchange the product, you can simply return it. However, there are some conditions for returns. The goods can only be returned in undamaged condition and original packaging (if reasonably possible), they must be in the same condition and must not be used.

You can register a return with our customer service department within 14 days. In your message, mention the order number of your order and the item to be returned. After contacting our customer service, you can return the product.


Fill in return form

To return your order we kindly ask you to fill in the standard return formThis form can be downloaded here, printed and filled in.

Then add the return form to the package so we know who the it belongs to. It has happened before that customers want to exchange an item, they return the item, but don’t mention any details. This makes it difficult for us to determine who the package belongs to.

Sufficient postage 

Please remember to use proper packaging and sufficient postage. Unfortunately we cannot accept packages with postage due. We also don’t accept COD packages that must be paid for. Your package must be returned to us within 14 days after delivery to fulfil the conditions for return.

We recommend you send returns by registered mail to avoid misunderstandings afterwards. After receipt of the products, we will inform you by email. Then we will, as quickly as possible, usually within a week, refund the purchase price (including the shipping costs, not the return costs) to your bank account.

Return an item in the showroom yourself 

At you can also choose to deliver the article yourself to the showroom. Orders can be collected on working days from 9.30 to 17.00. Please contact customer service first, so that any replacement items can be set aside for you in advance.Of course it is also possible to get your money back. Please note that the price of a showroom product paid by debit card is refunded to your account. Unfortunately we cannot settle this in cash.

Payments made online, for example with iDEAL, are refunded to the account that made the payment.


Purchase amount back within 14 days

We will return the full purchase amount invoiced at the time of purchase within 14 days after reporting the return. For repayment of this amount, we use the same method of payment as you used to purchase, unless another method is chosen in agreement with you. The refund is free of charge.
